Back to the cass tonight. Not before a some live heads up, a couple doz beers and a 3man game of circle of death. Feeling suitably confident we taxied into town and jumped on the $1/2 waiting list. Got put on a table with a bunch of people I don't know, all the regs are on another table which I am quite happy about. Post first hand with K4, flop top pair and check call. Turn trips, check call on dry board and donk out river and get called for a nice $60 pot first up. Table seems to be playing tighter than the normal 8man limpathon I am used to and people are folding to prf's.



Third hand get dealt KQs under the gun and raise to 5bb. 4 called of course. Flop comes down 9TJr for the nut straight. Milk a couple of streets of value to almost double up overall. KK, JJ, AK, table unusually folds to my preflop raises. Stack slowly dwindles for about an hour and Brad gets stacked with a marginal play. Looking to sit out the blinds next orbit I tighten up but get dealt AJs in late. After raising I get the J high flop I hoped for (56Jr) and c bet out 15 into 24. Get called by the asian station. The 9 off doesn't change much so I fire again and am called. Q on the river and fire a small value bet to be called/insta mucked. Gotta love the stations at the cassy when you are hitting hands. End up exactly $100 up after 2hrs which is fine by me.

Hanging out at the top of the stairs milling around before we leave and queue the most awkward moment of my life. Turns out Robo has been texting this chick tryna get a route and she shows up unannounced in the foyer. Rob proceeds to completely ignore her and I attempt to break the silence with some comedic banter which obviously failed. 2mins further minutes of silence and she thankfully bails but not before some serious and unnecessary awkwardness.
